Aspect and structure:

The (non-perforated) facing brick is sanded on five sides.
The surface may be given a frog (a slanted oblong groove) on its bed.
The firing process takes place in a gas-heated tunnel kiln.
The bricks have a rough structure, irregular shape, and a strong resemblance to recovered bricks.
The brick’s retro appearance is achieved by using a tumbling process.

Colour:

The colour varies from mainly anthracite to coal black, with blue and brown nuances and white deposits visible.
The ageing process also influences the colour shades.
The colours shown are a near reflection of reality.

Other sizes are available on request starting from 2,000 m². Size variations may occur when blending brick types of different clay colours. Depending on the series the size may differ.
