- The (non-perforated) facing brick is sanded on five sides.
- The surface may be given a frog (a slanted oblong groove) on its bed.
- The structure looks rugged with fine and irregular grooves in the sandy surface.
- The firing process takes place in a gas-heated tunnel kiln.
Colour:
- The brick has a pink base.
- The colour shading consists of variations of pink with light white and brown tones.
- The different structures are obtained on the one hand by using fine white sand and on the other by various additives.
- The colours shown are a near reflection of reality.
